No, they are both on same level. The dry one is 2' wider and marginally nearer a silver birch but not a lot in it. Neither is overshadowed by anything. The wet one is near where I used to feed some sheep so may be a lot more organic matter round there. They used to wander everywhere though.WHile the wet one has 2 sturdy nectarine trees inside.

Not bad at all! There's washing on the line and my fingers are crossed.

Chalk and cheese from yesterdays weather! Yesterday I was freezing and my brow was numb after horizontal sleet. Today it is sunny and I had too many clothes on, hence I was boiling up on Kato's walk and the sun was beating down on my brow!

In a word lovely. Quite wet underfoot from yesterday's torrents.

Much better than yesterday here as well. Quite mild, no wind, and a bit of hazy sunshine.

It’s been sunny, dry but very cold. Glad to be wearing my lined walking trousers.

Cold, damp & cloudy - that'll be Clampsy-dowdy.

Bright this morning with the threat of rain by lunchtime. Warmish at around 8°C.
