Geordie living 'ower the watter'

In a break from my usual full on canivore meals I deicded to dust off the wok and cook off a Chinese inspied lunch.
I heated up wok with a big chunk of butter and added a chopped up onion fom allotment. Once onion was softened I added a 50% reduced orage sticker protein egg noodle pack from Aldi and mixed with butter and onion. To top it off I added a 50% reduced brisket pastrami cut into srtips and mxed it all in. To add a bit of moisture and taste I added soy sauce.
All was eaten out of a Chinese shaped deep bowl, but because I don't have chopsticks, I had to use a fork. Quite a tasty (and cheap) expeiment in the end.
