Steak,fried eggs and aspargus!

I've found that if I put some water into the frying pan (carefully) while eggs are cooking in saved dripping, and pop a plate over it steams the yolk a bit and I dont need to flip the eggs to make sure they are fully cooked! Cool

B. Porridge, raisins & yogurt
L. Cheese and chive dip on spelt and rye bread with lettuce.
D. Creamy chickpea and spinach curry with rice - loosely based on https://yummyaddiction.com/chickpea-spinach-curry/
I put 2 tins of chickpeas in the curry and fresh ginger. Sauce was a bit thin so I'll thicken it up with cornflour before tomorrow.
The coconut milk and chickpeas were dated 22 & 23. The curry spice, turmeric and chilli flakes came from one of those meal delivery boxes. I've no idea how old they were.
Everything today was FREE apart from the bread which was YS at 30p.

Pork chops which I was going to have apricots with until I realised  I had none! I had to make do with mandarin oranges and some brocolli. Shopping tomorrow so I will add apricots to list.
I may have a sirloin for Ron after an abs workout................we'll see? Huh

Leftover pork roast with potatoes and carrots. The carrots were boiled with coriander seeds - it's a winning flavour combo Smile
