A cup of tea then a cup of Bulletpoof coffee fo brekkie.
For lunch I have just had a rump steak, fried eggs and grilling cheese with chilli's! (For future reference, it's not a good idea to cook grilling cheese in the airfryer)
Fo afters I had 10% fat Greek Yoghurt with blueberies and a dollop of homemede blackcurrant jam.
I will pobably have summat else for ron, or maybe not?

Went to Morires cafe for a brekkie before shopping. Told we would have to wait 3/4 hour for food (no reason given!) Not really good enough,so we left to do shopping. Waited half an hour for sevrice at cafe last week. Lots of punters walking away. They need to sort themselves out, shan't be going back. Rant over!
Munched a mince pie from Greggs on the high street for lunch. Cooked Venison sausages with mustard for tea time.
Just cooked up some belly pork with stuffing in the oven but could only eat half of it. I will have the rest cold, fo supper.

B. Cherry plum jam on rye toast
L. Prawns in mayo in a bread roll with lettuce & tomatoes
D. Sliced courgette, dipped in seasoned flour & shallow fried until crisp, with grated cheese & more baby tomatoes.
I've waited all year to cook a courgette this way but, eventually, I had to accept that they wouldn't be home grown and I bought some.
I have this unwritten rule that I will only eat homegrown tomatoes, beans and courgettes and this is the first year when I've had to admit defeat with courgettes. Feeling disheartened. Must do better next year.

After walking Kato then doing boot camp plus a boxing session I was quite peckish so I had the othe half of the belly pork and stuffing I had cooked yesteday. Ate it with salt only. Cold and crunchy in parts it was very tasty.
Trip to allotement then my main meal which was a surf n turf! Yellow sticker king prawns cooked in garlic butter with yellow sticker lamb steaks! I didn't need to add anything but salt and the galic butte complimented the lamb as well as the prawns. All washed down with a pint of home made elderflower/llemonade mix!
Maybe a cheese omellette fo ron, not sure yet?

B. Pear, granola & yogurt
L. Prawn mayo sandwich with tomatoes
D. Stirfry - sardines, mushrooms & chickpeas with basmati rice and soy sauce. (Rice and chickpeas were well past their use by dates. (Part of my cunning plan to use up out of date food).
