Toady I have had beef mince with eggs mixed in (power bowl) and will have a ribeye steak for ron. I am trying to cut down on the dairy for now so had no grated cheese on mince (which Kato wasn't happy about!)No more cheese, Kefir or Greek yogurt once stocks run out. The cream I am not so sure about? If I can do without, I will?
I have a high a protein diet which needs to have more fat added but not so much lactose.I've tried coffee without cream and can't abide it, but I do like my coffee!
I can add butter to leaner cuts of meat to boost the fat content. I had a big lump of butter on my ribeye this evening even though ribeye is one of the fattiest steaks to eat.
