My Weed of the day was Sticky Willy/Cleavers but that turned into Cow parsley hunt as well. The ground is damp enough to pull up a lot of the cow parsley, some I had to help with a wiggle of the fork but, its very satisfying when a big tap root comes out intact.
I like cow parsley but you can have too much of a good thing - bit like montbretia and vinca.. Acceptable in small doses but you don't want a garden full of them.
