I usually have a Sunday roast but even though I have a joint of beef I couldn't be bothered to cook it and the trimmings. Last night I fried some lambs liver iin butter which I didn't eat. I warmed it up again and added passata that was left from last nights meatballs as I know that once carton is opened it doesn't last long. It was quite tasty with the liver once it had thickened in the pan.
The last bit of the passata I added to the slow cooker which has lamb and frozen mixed veg in it. This casserole will hopefully be ready for ron.
