Cut and Come Again Flowers

I’m the same. Which is a little odd as I do the cut flower thing. Like you I prefer the CACA , it definitely alleviates the guilt. There are some things I’ll never pick for a bunch of flowers. Foxglove is one and antirrhinum is another. Having said that my friend has sent me lots of seed for my cut flower bed and there is a lot of antirrhinums in the collection. Most of which I will use because they’re all F1. Most things I do harvest from for bunches. I never take all of them I always leave a few of everything for the plant and for the things that feed on it. . I grow lots of sunflowers mostly because I love sunflowers but I do use a few head from the multi headed varieties. I’d never consider cutting a single headed one just to stick in a vase.
