I had an upper body pump session then an abs workout last night. This was followed by a really theraputic 2 hour archery session. Starting to get the hang of the left handed shooting now and even managed to get a few arrows in the centre of target!
I seem to be getting a tiny bit better with each practice, which I am glad about as I was pretty rubbish at the beginning!
Starting to really enjoy it now and I am shooting intuitively which is relaxing as I don't have to concentrate so hard?
