A bit of a meat frest here today as stuff in fridge was going/or gone.out of date.
Cooked off two steaks with garlic and herb butter for lunch, while at the same time cooking Kato's drummers in another air fryer and bacon in cast iron skillet (some of which I had with steak).Another large steak looked a bit ropy but smelled ok so chopped it up and put it in the slow cooker for stew. Mince was part cooked in pan to be finished off this evening, and finally, half a dozen sausages were cooked in air fryer to be eaten cold either later ot tomorrow?
