Following on from yesterday successful routine I decided to do the 100 press ups all at once, this time within 10 minutes. 25 each block with a short rest in between.
Kept my trousers on this time but did shed my tee shirt after the first 50. 
I much prefer doing it this way as it gets it out the way so I can enjoy the time after, knowing I have done my lot for the day!
It worked out well becuase the air fyer went 'ding 'meaning my fish was cooked, just as I finished!
