Do we drink enough?

Updated yesterdays count this is more or less what I drink this time of year.

7 mugs of tea = 2lt
3 fills of my water bottle = 1.5lt
2 glasses of water. 400m
1 mug choc drink 300m

You must be awash and swish when you walk with all that liquid  but well done

It doesn’t seem much spread over the 16 hours I’m awake.
