I eat until I am full.Usually twice a day but sometimes only once.

The way I see it, in my diet, saturated  fat from fatty meat,butter,lard & dripping is my friend, not carbs, and is the reason I don't need carbs as the fat is turned into the glucose/ketones that my body needs by my liver and other associated internal organs.

I think that dietary fat causing obesity is a myth, whilst exogenous sugar/carbs are the real problem! High fructose corn syrup which seems to be in everything is the worst offender.
This works for me but others have different ways of controlling their weight, and if it works, and they don't become diabetic, good for them. Cool
