Tried 15 press ups on awakening this morning, another 15 whilst walking Kato in the woods. Another 15 when I got home and will do another 15 after lunch. The rest will be done throughout the day, probably in tens though, 20 of which will be done at my excercise class. If I can get them up to initially all being 20 reps that will mean I only need to so them five times a day. The hope is to eventually reach 25 reps then only four times a day will suffiice.
Next could be 50 twice a day and the last day I would like to try 100 at once, a tall order I know, but something to aim for? 
My wrists have got used to it now along with my biceps! Surprisingly it is my quads on the front of my legs which are aching, but my core must be ok as there are no aches there.
