Overcast and cold. Decided to start the year in shorts which are no problem when it'd cold. The cold I can hack, but the wind chill is a different matter! 
Poor legs went from white to red after Kato's long walk. (Not giving up so easily though, sticking with shorts for his evening walk in the hope that the wind decides to back off?)
