The planned timetable of press ups went out the window, but It's 1.00pm on my first day and I am 60 press ups in, so not doing too bad.
Wrists are feeling it a bit and slighly achy biceps. but it can only get easier as the days go on (surely?) and I can do better than ten at a time.
