Oca, Mashua, Chinese & Jerusalem Artichokes

I've evicted the JAs from the garden as I didn't like the after effects!
I have Chinese Artichokes but they look like big maggots and it puts me off eating them.
Oca I've grown before but lost them in the undergrowth.
Its my first time for Mashua.
Never grown Yacon.

Same here JAs gave me tummy ache as well as the turbulence. It was a shame as I quite liked them. I w9nder what is in JAs that affect the digestion so severely, off to research.
