Oca, Mashua, Chinese & Jerusalem Artichokes

I've evicted the JAs from the garden as I didn't like the after effects!
I have Chinese Artichokes but they look like big maggots and it puts me off eating them.
Oca I've grown before but lost them in the undergrowth.
Its my first time for Mashua.
Never grown Yacon.

Yacon is easy to grow and fruitfull............but tasteless!  It's supposed to have a pear taste ,but I never found it so? Very slighty sweet with the texture of a potato.......not my cup of tea!
