I put a small lamb joint in slow cooker last night on SLOW. It has now fallen apart,the bones have lifted out easily and I have transferred the meat to a different dish.I am amazed at how much fat has come out of it. When I am ready to eat it I will re-heat the meat only in the oven for a short while.
