Beef currry with zero everything Konjac rice as a filler.
I have part cooked tomorrows brisket and after another half hours cooking this evening I will have some of it sliced for my supper. I might even make a bit of gravy from the goodness to pour over it, or just hav some pcikles with it?
Tomorrow I intend to break with tradition and have something with my brisket.
My veg of choice for tomorrow are yellow sticker frozen red cabbage & apple (42p) and I have bought a swede for 62p in case I feel like pushing the boat out?
What could destroy the plans are a possible fishing trip to Blyth in the motorhome (weather forecast is canny) but to hit the tides right it would need to be an early set off, so we shall see!
