Yes they are bitter melon, or bitter apple... going by a few names.
Lots of the stuff they sell on that site is available here too, just cheaper! And it was the looking for Wanda that lead me to the site, and of course then I had to have a look around
If they are outgrowing their pots, Stem, yes! Though I found cucamelons to be quite delicate plants with not a very big root system.
