Part of my meat haul fom last night was twice reduced spicy flavoued chicken steaks. I don't usually buy reduced price chicken, or any chicken to tbh apart from Kato's chicken thighs with skin on,but these were a steal at just over £1. so I had to have them !
I have just had them for my lunch, oven cooked (you dont realise how much water is pumped into chicken?)
I made up some sage & onion stuffing with added butter to up the fat content, to go with them and was quite impressed. I still wouldnt pay the full price of £4.79 for them though! 
I 'll have to sort through my meat haul in fridge and see what needs freezing and what I can have for ron?
