That's 4 tins used ( Coconut milk, tomatoes, brown lentils and red kidney beans.
I've used coconut oil (not butter) and an elephant garlic clove (not garlic puree).
All the ingredients have been FREE.
I'll be cooking some FREE basmati rice to go with it later.
Looks a good recipe. I like that it's pregnancy friendly, so you'll be safe eating it.
might be a bit windy though
Gardening is an excuse not to do housework
