I have cast iron frying pans - 2 sets of 3 in different sizes. They were dirt cheap in a local shop called Hypervalue, long before there were pound shops etc. After use I either wipe them out with paper towel or rinse them out with water, no washing up liquid. Keep them a bit oily to stop rust.
I have some Le Creuset casserole dishes but don't use them now that I'm not cooking on the Aga. Used to have a full set of their saucepans too but they were so heavy to use that I gave them away.
All my saucepans and pressure cooker are stainless steel - nothing aluminium or teflon coated.
