Not really relevant to this thread but it saves having to start a new one
. I have five frying pans, a stainless steel large one,(which I like) an aluminuim large one, an aluminium small one (crepe pan?) a cast iron ridged pan and a teflon coated frying pan in the motorhome. I have just ordeed another cast iron skillet from Amazon which has handles each side and can be used in the oven. My intention is to get id of the aluminium pan and possibly the teflon coated pan as well.
I think that people didn't get iron deficiency in the past because they used cast iron pans and I am looking fowad to using it. I also have a poper steel wok which I have to oil afte use to stop it rusting.
Do othes use cast iron pans and do you rate them? I looked at Le Cruier pans but my pockets wouldn't stetch that far!
