I had the othe half of my brisket joint, cooked yesteday,cold with butter cubes (it was a vey lean cut) and hot bacon. As usual, shared with Kato who never moved fom my feet. 
He loves salted butter chunks too but is not keen on the very course Himalayan salt I use on most things!
