I loved the custard skin and the rice pudding skin was to die for!
Another memory, when I started work at sixteen and I was paying board I was always complaining to Mam that I was sick of cheese sandwiches fo bait every day. My Dad took me to one side and said "Listen Son, stop giving your Mam grief about the sandwiches. Just do what I do and lop them over the fence at the park for the birds and go and buy youself something nice for dinner, like I do"
