Finished uo with a bit of experimentation. 
The mince was well frozen so put enough for four smashburgers in a bowl to defrost. I had two packs of bacon with use by date today so cooked those off.
With the bacon I had black pudding and an expeimental scrambled eggs with curry powder, butter, and cottage cheese. Wasn't too bad and very filling, Kato of course got his share.
