More cupboard clearout today. 
Lots of breakfast cereal including granola, muesli & porridge oats so this will keep me in FREE breakfasts for a couple of months. Also tinned soup, condensed milk, Chinese sauces and pesto. Seem to be picking up a lot of unwanted pesto recently!
Next stop was some Dog treats for Ted.
Third stop was a CD rack and two boxes, full of classical music & opera CDs, Apparently they belonged to a professional conductor (Music, not buses) who worked with Bryn Terfel, the Welsh bass-baritone.
Fourth stop was the pharmacy for a Flu Jab and, while I was there, the pharmacist said I had very dry skin and she could give me something for it - adding hastily - its FREE. Naturally, I accepted her offer.
