I had a rather expensive bacon & egg sandwich at lunch time while shopping yesterday.
When I got home later I had some lamb breast cooked in air fryer while I prepared a pork loin by mrainading it in a chinese char su type flavouring. After a couple of hours marinading, and after cutting into three pieces, I cooked off the pork loin. I shared 2/3 of it with Kato fo supper.
Today after a chilly walk with Kato I had fried eggs and the other piece of pork loin.
As it's 'fishy Friday' I will pobably have fishcakes from freezer and some smoked salmon from fridge for ron?
