Kato and I are on a little jaunt in the motohome so spent yesteday on the shores of Lake Windemee. Three I had gammon steaks with a butter sauce which I think tasted a bit of hoseradish? Lukily I like hoseradsh and add it to all sots of things. For sweet I had a tiny stawbey cheesecake.
Today we have moved on and ae parked up 100 yards from Coniston Water. Nothing fancy cooked in motohome today, but included steak & squeeky cheese (Aldi's vesion of peppeerd Halloumi) and later a tin of mushoom soup and buttered crackers.
