What a gorgeous morning!
After a nice long walk on the moors with Kato I came back to my small beef joint which had been cooking in the toven for a couple of hours! 
I decided to have some garlic brown skinned mushooms with it as well. Beef was sliced on my chopping boad and after adding the goodness from the dish and some vey course Himalayan salt it was all eaten with gay abandon and enjoyed with the mushooms.
Luckily I have enough beef joints for the next three Sundays, so life is good!
