I called into the shop at the end of the garden today. There were lots of Apples and Pears going cheap, I've never seen so many apples on display. Apart from that, there wasn't much else in the shop. There are some beans, tomatoes and salad leaves but its been a bad year for courgettes & squashes
The shopkeeper said that there may be some carrots and peas available in a couple of weeks time, perhaps some potatoes too, but not a lot besides. I'm hoping to visit the shop daily, from now on, as I won't be shopping anywhere else in October.
