Yesteday I had an iffy stomach and couldn't be botheed to cook so I only had a tin of Spam shared with Kato. Today I have had three YS lamb steaks with mint sauce, mainly because they needed to be used. Stomach still iffy so this may be only meal for today? Going shopping now so usually come back with something cheap to eat.............we shall see?
