Trying my hand at Koftas today. I had 500g of lamb mince in freezer (£1.09 reduced price!) 
and a Kofta spice mix for 30p. Combined them both and moulded pieces ( looked like dog turds!) 
Cooked in ai fryer for 10 mins each side and tasted much better than the aforementioned would have!
