Well that was tasty! 
Because it was Sunday I decided to have a Sunday roast. I dug out a beef joint I had frozen in April (think it was part of the Easter cut price meat deals?) and bunged it in the oven for a couple of hours whilst I went fishing. I came back 3 hours later and cut up the wam meat on the chopping board and scoffed the lot with Course Himalayan salt added. I did add a dollop of horseradish sauce to the corner of the chopping boad to dip meat into!
It was a good job I had thought ahead as I drew a blank at the waters edge!
