Decided my garden needs some winter colour so just ordered a Cornus Sanquinea 'Winter Beauty' dogwood which has flame colourd stems.
Also on doing something new, I have decided to make some bone broth?. YS beef bones cooked in air frye first then added to pan of water and boiled? An interesting experiment.
