I've lost about 10lbs, since using it , without changing what I eat.
There are lots of tracker watches out there - some more elegant than others. This one is a bit too chunky to be "elegant", but then, so am I.Its a Huawei GT but there are newer versions around now.
As for nail varnish - its an idea but I doubt that it would be flexible enough on the strap - plus its the buckle that cuts into my wrist too.
Does it cook dinner? Maybe something that counts how little exercise I do might not be a good thing.
