I had a couple of buttered toasted tea cakes with coffee in Morries cafe with my daughter before shopping this morning
Planned to have YS salmon with sauce for supper but realised this wouldn't fill me so I had a chicken/chorizo & prawn paella with some balti chedder for afters (very spicy, but tasty)
