Fnished up doing my trout in the oven yesterday. I filleted it and skinned it and didn't want it falling apart in the frying pan. The fillets were so big I had to chop them in half so I had four pieces! It was the nicest trout I have had for a while, lovely pinky/orange colour and the pin bones came out very easily before cooking!
Today will be smash burgers with a beef/pork mince mix I got on yellow sticker last night. I have never used this mix before for smashburgers so it will be interesting to see how it works, and whether Kato and I like it?
