I do cultivate the ladybirds but they're overwhelmed by aphids unfortunately. I agree blasting them helps but on the soft fruit either they, or the ants fold over the leaves creating a lovely little house for the bugs, they're well protected . Back to squishing I suppose.

Gardening is an excuse not to do housework
