Deep fried Brie on a toasted ciabatta slice with fig chutney and a green salad
Followed by a posh chicken burger. Which is a chicken breast in a seasoned coating. In a brioche bun with avocado, tomato, lettuce , cheese and garlic mayo. Served with a potato salad, green salad and a basil dressing.
Dessert is a strawberry and white chocolate cheesecake. Which is now in the fridge (hopefully setting).
Sounds delicious, I hope it's a success, how many are you cooking for? P&I will be round for leftovers
