Fishy Friday, and it's a Good one, soooooo..............salmon fillets,scrambled eggs and Avocado. It was from frozen salmon and was a tad dispapponting, devoid of taste and dry as sticks! Never mind, you live and learn. 
I have a leg of lamb in the oven and shall be feasting on that soon though!
