Fruity signs of life - 2022/23/24/25

I have never seen so much blossom on my Conference pear tree in a large pot. Dire shortage of bees around so tried hand pollinating it with a paint brush.

I had no fruit last year and only one deformed pear the year before. I've had it for about five years now and just about given up gaining any fruit, even though it's supposd to be self fertile?

Perhaps it needs its freedom from the pot? Plant it out in the garden - it'll thank you for it.
