Away in motorhome for a couple of days. Shopped yeaterday and beef joints were half price at Morries for Easter! 
Bought a medium sized joint and cooked it up in oven before we left this morning. For late lunch I had cold sliced beef, eaten with my hands and dipped in Horseradish sauce.
For Ron I think it will be a Powerbowl' with mince & eggs,shared with Kato of course!
