We signed the contract to buy our house today! 
Now it's just a case of the estate agent that manages the paperwork to arrange money transfer with the banks and then it's ours! Woohoo!!
The banks aren't shy to ask for cash though - they want 400 odd quid just to transfer the money from our account to the seller's!
Other than that, I'm admiring the new little leaves on the berry bushes I planted a few days ago, watching the little white anemones grow under the humongous plum tree on the front, and having a coffee on our cheap-as-chips garden furniture we bought last week in the sun!
