It’s a courgette for people that don’t like courgette. Cook it for 30 minutes and it’s still not mushy.
It very versatile. Chopped and roast it with you spuds. Big fat discs of it with Olive oil salt & pepper, pan fried like a steak. Also used it instead of pasta, noodles & ribbons. What ever you do with courgettes you can do with this. Just cook it a bit longer. Also they store well apparently (mine don’t get the chance). They’re fun to grow. What more convincing do you need .
