Breakfast was meatballs, eggs on a rye bread slice, with lettuce and sweetcorn leftovers from last night.
Tonight will be pork tenderloin baked in a bread tin in a creamy sauce with rosemary and lingonberries (because I don't have cherry marmalade that the recipe asks for). I know it will be a success, as I've tried it before.
In between, copious amounts of coffee, as I'm studying (and stoking the fire, cuddling the stray cat in the basement, cleaning cat litter trays, pondering cleaning windows - can you tell I'm studying!)
I will also make a belated birthday cake for Jay, as he's been sad that I didn't have time for his day, due to working. I'll make victoria sponge cupcakes so we can freeze them and enjoy them over time.
