After a long walk in he sunshine wih Kato (and accumulating some viamin D through m legs)
I decided to make one of Kato and my favourites for brunch!
We had a 'power bowl' of fried 20% fat mince wih eggs,olives, finely chopped mushrooms,jalapenos,cheese topped wih crispy fried onions on top to give a bit of crunch! Kato only had the mince & eggs wih cheese on top.
This didn't stop him scoffing his then coming and sitting staring at me until I relented and gave him some of mine as well!
Usually after having this I will be nourished for the day, but may have summat later on after my abs workout?
