Late yesterday I realised I still had some lambs liver left that I had bought for fishing bait. Rather than waste it I cooked the remains up for supper.
I had my breakfast on the go this morning. This conssted of a pocket full of homemade Biltong eaten whilst walking Kato.
For lunch I had a choice between rump steak and sirloin steak, so I cooked them both off! I will have the sirloin for ron. I had soft boiled eggs asparagus and fried onions with the rump.
